When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Shipments are picked up Monday–Friday. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.

When Will It Arrive?

Standard shipping typically delivers within 2-5 business days. Remote areas may take 5-8 business days.

UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Delivery are available at checkout.

Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn pairs in original packaging, on domestic US orders. No restocking fee.

Collectibles, jewelry, Chrome Hearts, trading cards and electronics are final sale, as are international orders and anything marked Final Sale on its product page.*

Return shipping is paid by the customer. A prepaid return label can be purchased from the Returns & Exchanges Portal and the cost is deducted from your refund.
