Returns & Exchanges
We want every Supra customer to be fully satisfied. If something isn't right, we make it right.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery to start the return
- The item is not in our Final Sale categories (see exclusions below)
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance, except in the case of a verified defect or shipping error on our part:
- Chrome Hearts items
- Collectibles — Pokémon cards, sealed product, graded slabs, trading cards
- Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page
- Items returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging
How to Start a Return
Email contact@suprasneakersshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective, was the wrong item, or was otherwise our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3 business days), we’ll refund the original payment method. Refunds usually post within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. There is no restocking fee.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size or color subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll process a full refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and either replace the item at no cost or refund in full.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch. Once the courier has picked up the order, the return policy above applies.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please:
- Check with neighbors, mailrooms, front porches, and other locations near your address
- Wait 24 hours — some couriers mark “delivered” prematurely
- Contact the courier (usually UPS) with your tracking number to open a missing-package investigation
- If still unresolved, email contact@suprasneakersshop.com and we’ll work with you and the courier on next steps
For orders that show no delivery scan within 14 days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll file a lost-in-transit claim with the courier on your behalf and ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Affirm, and Shop Pay Installments. Orders above $500 may be routed through Shop Pay or PayPal for additional fraud protection.
Rates from 0%–36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers: affirm.com/licenses.
eBay Orders
Orders placed through eBay are fulfilled by the eBay Authentication Center. eBay’s own return and authentication policies apply to those orders.
