Shipping
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. Pre-order items, or items with a different shipping timeframe noted on the product page, follow the dates listed in their description.
When Will My Order Arrive?
You will be notified by email when your package is shipped, when it’s out for delivery, and when it’s delivered. Estimated transit times:
- Midwest United States: 1–3 business days
- Coastal United States: 2–5 business days
- All other US destinations: 2–8 business days
Shipping Rates & Options
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Faster options — UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Delivery — are available at checkout. We still need 24–48 hours to process the order before any selected service begins.
Free Shipping for Email & SMS Subscribers
Sign up for our email and SMS list to unlock free shipping on every order, plus 10% off your first order with code SUPRA10. Sign up through the welcome popup on our homepage or the signup form in the site footer. Standard shipping rates apply to non-subscribers.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International orders may be arranged on a case-by-case basis — please contact us with your destination and item(s) of interest before ordering.
Missing Package Showing “Delivered”
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors, mailrooms, front porches, and other locations near your address
- Wait 24 hours — some couriers mark “delivered” prematurely
- Contact the courier (usually UPS) with your tracking number to open a missing-package investigation
- If still unresolved, email contact@suprasneakersshop.com and we’ll help resolve it with the courier

eBay-purchased orders are fulfilled by the eBay Authentication Center. Shipping timelines and tracking are governed by eBay’s policies and may differ from those listed above.
